PAYMENTS

 For our self-pay customers, we offer a range of packages to bundle self-pay-only services delivered by our Career Coaches and Work Incentives Planners. 

Services selected must be paid in advance before services can begin. We offer bundling discounts and accept credit card payment methods supported by Square. 

We accept insurance for qualifying services, including therapies and assessments administered by Professional Mental Health Counselors:

- Cigna Evernorth

-United Healthcare Optum

 We work with third parties including individuals and referring agencies to provide services to mutual clients or their staff who are eligible for services. 

Typically, these services are covered based on need and will require the receipt of authorization to provide services to you. 

Please be advised that we are only authorized to provide services listed in the authorizations provided by the third-party payor.  For services that are eligible to be paid by insurance, we will bill insurance first, and invoice the remainder to the third-party paying agency.
