Requesting An Appointment For Existing Clients
In this tutorial we show you how to request an appointment with us if you are an existing client.

Services Q&A Call Request (15 minutes) : Book this appointment with your primary provider for the service you have the question about. if you have a question about services or need help navigating or systems, and were not able to find the answer to your question in our FAQs library, located in the footer. This appt is for you.
Work Incentives and Benefits Planning Appointment Request (50 minutes) : Book this appointment if you have questions about public and federal disability benefits and returning to work. Current provider authorized for this service is Aubreena (Bree) DeForest
Life Coaching Appointment Request (50 minutes) : Book this appointment if you would like support with personal or work adjustment activities you are struggling to meet your goals related to personal or work goals. Career Coaching Appointment Request (50 minutes) : Book this appointment with your primary job coach to get help with job search activities. Current providers authorized for this service are Aubreena (Bree) DeForest and Bea Wilson.
Therapy Appointment Request (50 minutes) : Book this appointment with your primary provider for mental and behavioral health.Current providers authorized for this service are Helen Frost, LCSW and Aubreena DeForest, Counselor in Training.

Go to Continue Services page
Click SimplePractice Client Login
Enter email address on file and click “send Link”
Go to email, open email that is from us titled “Login into your Client Portal”
Click login button
Navigate to Appointments tab
Select a provider
Select a appointment
Pick a date
Pick a time. When you hover over the time. If it turns green you can self schedule, if it stays white, you will contact the provider directly using the messages function in the portal to request that time.
If you were able to self schedule you will land a page that shows you the details
Download the appointment to your calendar
Make sure notifications are on
Access your meeting link through this portal or through the notifications sent. 10 minutes prior to the meeting

0:59 - Okay. And then once you've clicked on that, you're going to land on a page that looks like this middle page right here.
1:05 - You're going to put in the email address that we have on file. and then you're going to send yourself a link.
1:12 - it's going to give you a pop-up window that looks like this. And then once you get the pop-up window, you're going to get an email.
1:19 - You have to go back into your email and retrieve the email that says sign in to your client portal. You're going to click sign in to your client portal.
1:28 - And then once you're fully signed in, you're going to get a page that looks like this. Now that you're inside of the portal, if you click on the words that are available or hover, you can see that things change colors.
1:42 - Okay? So you're going to click on it. Make sure that you're on appointments. And then you're going to do request now.
1:49 - And you're going to pick your provider. If you're not sure what provider you need to pick, you can always go through them one at a time.
1:59 - Okay? To look at the services they are offering that you can request, to go back, you click on the name on the left, and then click over to the next provider.
2:09 - If that doesn't work, you can click back over to the, sorry, I'm going too fast. Click on the provider's name to return back to the provider.
2:18 - Clinician section, and then you're going to pick the, you know, to scope out which appointments are available. You're always going to go with the provider in which you are working with to address the services needs that you have identified.
2:33 - Not all providers are going to have authorization to cover you for all services. So please keep in mind when you, of that, when you're selecting services.
2:42 - Typically, what's going to happen is you'll have gotten guidance on which appointment to book, So, we're going to select a virtual call, or a virtual appointment.
2:53 - and then it gives you a menu that looks like this. If it's green, then it means that it's available and you can book it.
2:59 - You can also see an appointment time when it's white. If this is white and you cannot click it, it means the appointment is available.
3:07 - It's just that you cannot book it on your own. Booking can only occur at least two days a You days in advance, up to two weeks in advance.
3:15 - If you're trying to book an appointment within 48 hours of the time you are selecting, this option is going to show white and it's not going to let you continue.
3:24 - So please keep that in mind if you are requesting or in need of an appointment less than 48 hours in 48 hours out from the date you request it.
3:31 - If it's clickable, it's going to highlight like this and then you're going to do request appointment. Now it's going to land you on a screen that's going to give you all the details that you need to know.
3:43 - It's going to give you an option to add dates. It's going to your calendar and then it's going to go ahead and give you the option to close out.
3:50 - it's going to show up under your appointments and a new tab is going to appear that says, with information under here that says, requested.
3:57- Please assume that all appointments are confirmed. assume this is appointment until we tell you otherwise. Okay? Once we have approved it, it'll slide over into the upcoming appointment slot.
4:10 - Okay? as long as it's, uh, more than 48 hours out, you can always hit cancel. You can also always return to this to add it to your calendar.
4:21 - Any appointments that use- use what the web conferencing services for it is going to generate a unique link for your web conference meeting.
4:30 - The most efficient way to ensure that you never have a link issue is to log back into our portal about 15 minutes before your appointment to then, uh, select the launch.
4:42 - option within the portal so that you can attend an online conference. Okay? If you have questions about this, please contact your provider.
